Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for purchases made at FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Xpress stores from 1^st October to 30^th November 2020.
2. Purchases made online at FairPrice is not valid for this redemption.
3. To redeem, purchase any F&N chilled beverages or yogurt from the following participating brands (MAGNOLIA, FARMHOUSE, FRUIT TREE FRESH, NUTRISOY, SUNKIST, NUTRIWELL, ALIVE).
4. Shoppers purchasing nett $28 or $38 of F&N participating chilled products may respectively redeem a 3pc Ceramic Container set ($28 purchase) or a 3-tier Thermal Food Flask ($38 purchase) from F&N roadshows held at various participating stores.
5. All redemptions are based on a “first come first serve”, “while stocks last” basis.
6. F&N Foods may, at any time and without notice, change the locations, dates and timings of the roadshows. Refer to www.fnnfoods.com for the latest roadshow schedule.
7. A maximum of 4 FairPrice/FairPrice Finest/Fairprice Xtra/FairPrice Xpress receipts can be accumulated for each redemption item.
8. Each redemption must be accompanied with the original valid receipt(s). No photocopies, faded or duplicate receipts will be allowed.
9. A maximum of 2 redemptions is allowed for a single receipt.
10. Please check the redeemed item(s) before leaving the store. All redemptions are deemed final and no exchanges of the redeemed item will be allowed.
11. F&N Foods may, without prior notice, (1) replace a redemption item with another item; and (2) terminate this promotion and amend the promotion mechanics and these terms.
12. All warranties and representations of the redeemed items are excluded to the extent not prohibited by law. Also, it cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.
13. F&N FOODS’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
14. To extent permitted by law, F&N Foods will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this promotion and redemption items, and each participant of this promotion and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify F&N Foods from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.
15. By taking part in this redemption, you understand and accept that F&N FOODS will record your personal details for audit purposes.
16. The terms of this promotion are governed by Singapore law, and each participant shall submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
