TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Promotion period is from 1st Oct 2022 to 31st Jan 2023.
2. Promotion is valid on Farmhouse Pasteurised milk 946ML, 2L.
3. Only receipts dated from 1st Oct 2022 to 31st Jan 2023 will be accepted.
4. All entries must be received before the closing date 31 Jan 2023. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
5. Total of 4 winners ─ 1 winner will be selected randomly every month for the 4 Monthly Draws between Oct 2022 and Jan 2023. Only 1 winner is allowed per household.
   • Each winner will receive a Bosch Coffee Machine Worth $1,999
   • No exchange or transfer of prizes will be allowed.
   • The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.
6. The Monthly Draw will be conducted on 26 Oct 2022, 7 Dec 2022, 4 Jan 2023 and 8 Feb 2023. All draws will be conducted by the organiser, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion. No further correspondence or appeals to the organiser will be entertained.
7. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
8. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
9. The receipt containing purchase of participating product(s) must be presented upon collection of prizes.
10. Winning entries are subjected to validation of purchase with participating retailer(s).
11. Winners will be notified via the phone.
12. Winners will be announced on https://www.fnnfoods.com/farmhouse-contest-Oct-Dec-2022/ by 14 Feb 2023.
13. This promotion is open to all living in Singapore, except employees of F&N FOODS PTE LTD and F&N INTERFLAVINE PTE LTD, promotion retailers and partners, appointed advertising agencies for this promotion, affiliates and their immediate family members.
14. The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified orders. Failure or delay by the organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Cancelled orders will be disqualified.
15. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes. Neither organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
16. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of first attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
17. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by a stated date will be forfeited.
18. The organiser reserves the right to request winner(s) to provide proof of identity and proof of residency to claim the prize.
19. The organiser reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for this lucky draw promotion or replace the prizes with another of similar value at any time of its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to another person.
