Each receipt is eligible for only 1 (ONE) redemption.
Original receipt of the purchase must be retained and required for physical redemption, alongside with confirmation email(online/printed).
Self-Collection Redemptions:
Eligible submissions will receive a confirmation email with a unique redemption code after verification.
Approved submissions will be assigned to the following Friday–Sunday self-collection window, as stated in the confirmation email.
Uncollected items after the stated collection window will be forfeited, subject to stock availability.
Home Delivery (Limited Period):
Home delivery is applicable for purchases made 25th February to 11th March 2026 only.
Delivery will be fulfilled within 14 working days from confirmation.
