FRUIT TREE FRESH “Win Bruno Compact Hotplate in Mauve” PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the FRUIT TREE FRESH Win Bruno Compact Hotplate in Mauve Promotion (“the Promotion”).
  2. The Promotion comprises of a Contest where participants must purchase $4 worth of FRUIT TREE FRESH pasteurized products to win a Bruno Compact Hotplate in Mauve (“the Prize”) with the best answer to Tell Us What You Love about FRUIT TREE FRESH Juices (“the Question”), where a total of 10 winner(s) will be selected.
  3. The Promotion is open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents and holders of valid employment passes or work permits, residing in Singapore.
  4. Employees (and their immediate families) of F&N Foods Pte Ltd (“the Company”),
    F&N Interflavine Pte Ltd, their advertising and design agencies, distributors and
    promotional partners are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  5. There shall be no limit to the number of entries that each participant may submit but each winning participant shall only be entitled to one prize. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall not be more than one winner for each mobile phone number.
  6. The qualifying period of the Promotion is 1 st August 2020 to 31st August 2020. All entries must be submitted by 31st August 2020 at 2359hrs.
  7. In order to qualify, the participants need to purchase $4 worth of FRUIT TREE FRESH pasteurized products in a single receipt from any outlet and send a photo of the receipt along with participant’s name, contact number and the answer to the Question to [email protected]. Each receipt must clearly state the details required for the contest- Date of Purchase, Recipe Amount, Description of the Purchased Products.
  8. Winners will be selected based on the best answer(s) submitted, as determined by the Company panel of judges. Winners will be notified by email and/or contact number. Prizes must be claimed in person at F&N Foods Pte Ltd, 214 Pandan Loop, with the notification email from [email protected], or otherwise instructed by the Company. Failure to produce the required documents for identification may result in the participant being disqualified and any prizes won shall be forfeited, withheld or withdrawn. Any prizes not claimed within two months from the date of notification email will be forfeited.
  9. Winners must, upon request, provide the Company with all information necessary to facilitate the redemption of prize.
  10. The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the rules and regulations without prior notice.
  11. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Company panel of judges is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
  12. All redeemed Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which the Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services may at its/their sole and absolute discretion impose. The Winner agrees to abide by those terms and conditions.
  13. The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify, exchange or substitute any Prize or any term or particulars of any Prize (including brand, type, model, flights, accommodation and duration) without liability to furnish any reason and/or notice to any person.
  14. The Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services shall determine the colour, style, any fittings, fixtures, packaging, accessories and/or form of the Prizes, as appropriate. The Winner shall accept the Prize “as is” and the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain any request
    by the Winner to change any aspect of the Prize. The Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prize awarded in the Promotion, and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, cost or damage to any person resulting or arising from any of the Prize or the use of it.
  15. Personal data of participants will be collected as the company deems fit. The Company shall reserve the names and particulars of the participants for the purposes of Contest usage only.
  16. By his/her participation, the participant accepts to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  17. A person who is not a Participant or a party to the Promotion has no right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
