F&N MAGNOLIA has switched its packaging to the environmentally friendly Forest Stewardship Council™ ("FSC™") certified carton. FSC™ cartons come from responsibly-managed forests and other controlled sources where new trees replace the ones that are harvested, either through planting or natural regeneration.
As part of F&N MAGNOLIA's campaign to spread environmental awareness, the brand encouraged staff to participate in a competition to reuse the FSC™ F&N MAGNOLIA milk cartons as potters for plants. Staff could redeem a pack of F&N MAGNOLIA Fresh Milk 1L and a Grow Greatness starter kit, which included a jiffy pellet (soil) and seeds. They then had to submit a picture of their growing plant in the F&N MAGNOLIA carton. Winners were selected based on the creativity of their pictures.
