TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion period is from 15^th July 2022 to 19^th August 2022. Only receipts dated within the promotion period will be accepted.
2. Promotion is valid on all Magnolia Ice Cream.
3. Total of 100 participants will be selected on a first come first served basis. No exchange or transfer of participation will be allowed.
4. 100 participants will be invited to attend an upcycling workshop conducted by Green Sproutz Singapore, worth up to $50.
5. Workshop will be held during these dates: 9th September 2022 (Friday) to 13th September 2022 (Tuesday) at various CDC offices/ CCs/ RCs. Details of which will be provided once the participant is eligible and chosen.
6. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize. 
7. Participants must bring an empty Magnolia 1.5L ice cream tub (as depicted on the wobbler posters in-store), as it will be used for the workshop
8. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
9. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
10. Promotion mechanics: Purchase $10 worth of Magnolia Ice Cream to qualify. Entries must be submitted by e-form linked on the QR code.
11. Only receipts dated from 15^th July 2022 to 19^th August 2022 will be accepted.
12. All entries must be received before the closing date 19^th August. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
13. The receipt containing purchase of participating product(s) must be presented upon collection of prizes.
14. One receipt is only entitled to one redemption. There is no limitation for the number of redemptions per household.
15. Winning entries are subjected to validation of purchase with participating retailer(s).
16. The draw will be conducted on 29^th August 2022 by the organiser, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion. No further correspondence or appeals to the organiser will be entertained.
17. Winners will be notified via email/phone.
18. Winners will be announced on www.fnnfoods.com by on 30th August 2022.
19. This promotion is open to all living in Singapore, except employees of F&N FOODS PTE LTD and F&N INTERFLAVINE PTE LTD, promotion retailers and partners, appointed advertising agencies for this promotion, affiliates and their immediate family members.
20. The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified orders. Failure or delay by the organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Cancelled orders will be disqualified.
21. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes. Neither organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
22. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of first attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
23. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by a stated date will be forfeited.
24. The organiser reserves the right to request winner(s) to provide proof of identity and proof of residency to claim the prize.
25. The organiser reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for this lucky draw promotion or replace the prizes with another of similar value at any time of its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to another person.
