HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Purchase $12 worth of Sunkist Juice/Ice Cream and scan the QR code to upload your receipt on www.sunkist-contest.com.
- Terms and Conditions:
1. This Promotion starts on 13 November 2023 and ends on 31 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”). This promotion is exclusively for Singapore.
2. Only receipts dated from 13 November 2023 to 31 January 2024 will be accepted. Any entries with purchases made outside of the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation.
3. Promotion is valid on participating F&N Sunkist products:
• Sunkist Apple 1.89L and 200ml
• Sunkist Orange 1.89L and 200ml
• Sunkist Orange No Sugar Added 1.89L and 200ml
• Sunkist Pure Premium 100% Orange Juice 946ml

4. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to 1 entry to ‘F&N Sunkist Lucky Draw Promotion 2023’ and 1 chance of winning in the lucky draw prize.
5. Total of 1 winner will be selected randomly. No exchange or transfer of prizes will be allowed.
• 1 grand winner will receive two return economy air tickets from Singapore to San Francisco, California, via Singapore Airlines, booking class [N], including total prevailing airport taxes, subject to change.
• The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.
• The Grand Prize can be claimed directly from Chan Brothers Travel Pte Ltd (UEN: 196700287Z) hereinafter referred to as “Chan Brothers Travel”.
Terms and conditions:
• Prize includes: two return economy air tickets from Singapore to San Francisco, California, via Singapore Airlines, booking class [N], including total prevailing airport taxes, subject to change.
• The prize is redeemable only from Chan Brothers Travel Pte Ltd.
• Redemption is subject to availability, flight restriction, and other airline terms and conditions.
• Redemption must be made within 12 months from the date of this letter.
• Booking must be made at least 1 month before departure. Changing of flights or travel validity will results in changing of airfares, and surcharges may be imposed.
• Prevailing airport taxes are subject to change. Any and all applicable airport tax differences, insurance fee, visa handling fee, peak season surcharges, additional costs and expenses arising from and/or incurred on the trip shall be borne solely by the winner.
• In the event if the flight is fully booked or no longer in operation, it will be replaced with another flight with a similar price value.
• Alternative flight / tour may be proposed by winner, and winner shall be responsible for any fare differences.
• The prize is not valid for more than one use and therefore the winner must travel together with his/her nominated guests.
• The above prize is strictly non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or voucher, in part or full.
• The original prize letter must be presented for verification at the time of redemption; Chan Brothers Travel is not obliged to replace this prize letter if it has been lost, stolen, damaged, or whatever reason.
• The recipient agrees not to hold Chan Brothers Travel liable for any claim arising from the prize and to abide by the rules and regulations of the airlines.
6. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or for any other prizes. Neither organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
7. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
8. Promotion mechanics: Purchase $12 worth of participating Sunkist Juices/Ice Cream on a single receipt to qualify. Entries must be submitted on www.sunkist-contest.com/.
9. Valid receipts need to contain the following details:
• Retailer Name / Outlet Address
• Receipt number / Transaction number
• Clear description of participating F&N Sunkist products purchased
• Amount spent
• Date of purchase
10. All entries must be received before the closing date of 7 February 2024. All entries, regardless of the date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
11. The original or electronic receipt containing the purchase of participating product(s) must be presented upon collection of prizes.
12. Winning entry is subjected to validation of purchase.
13. The draw will be conducted on 8 February 2024, 3pm at LETRAIN EVENTS AND MARKETING PTE LTD (2 Havelock Road, #03-01 Havelock II, Singapore 059763), the organiser’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion. No further correspondence or appeals to the organiser will be entertained.
14. Winners will be notified via the phone and will be presented with a redemption letter for self-collection of the prize letter.
15. Winners will be announced on https://www.fnnfoods.com/whatson/ on 16 February 2024.
16. This promotion is open to all living in Singapore, except employees of F&N FOODS PTE LTD, F&N INTERFLAVINE PTE LTD, F&N CREMERIES PTE LTD & CHAN BROTHERS TRAVEL PTE LTD., promotion retailers and partners, appointed advertising agencies for this promotion, affiliates and their immediate family members.
17. The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified orders. Failure or delay by the organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Cancelled orders will be disqualified.
18. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of first attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
19. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by a stated date will be forfeited.
20. All prizes which remain unclaimed within two (2) months from the announcement of winners, for any reason whatsoever, may be donated to a charity chosen at the sole discretion of F&N and no resulting claims whatsoever (whether for prize, payment or compensation) shall be entertained.
21. The organiser reserves the right to request winner(s) to provide proof of identity and proof of residency to claim the prize.
22. The organiser reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for this lucky draw promotion or replace the prizes with another of similar value at any time of its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to another person.
23. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless each of F&N FOODS PTE LTD, Sunkist Growers, Inc. and their respective related companies, and each such company’s respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) claims arising from any breach or alleged breach by you of these Official Rules; (b) claims arising from unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (c) claims arising from technical or printing errors; (d) claims arising from lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or email; (e) claims arising from errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (f) claims arising from injury death, or damage to persons or property; or (g) claims based on defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, or on the rights of publicity or privacy. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the actual out-of-pocket costs associated with participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
